Money Laundering Scheme for Kamala?

Taking a deep dive into the shallow end of the ActBlue pool

The Democratic donation platform ActBlue has been accused of conducting a “MASSIVE money laundering operation,” where contributions from major donors are allegedly being disguised as hundreds of thousands of small donations attributed to individuals who are unaware that their names are being used.

Harris Campaign Immediately Surges with Record Fundraising After Bidens Exit

The accusation arises as ActBlue reports experiencing its best day of 2024, possibly the best ever, following President Biden's announcement to abandon his reelection campaign on Sunday, July 21st.

The wave of support began flooding in after Biden’s initial announcement, which arrived via a letter posted to X (formerly Twitter) around 2 pm ET. Not too long after taking one for the team, he offered his official support to Vice President Kamala Harris as the new Democratic nominee.

“Small-dollar donors raise over $27.5 million on ActBlue in the first 5 hours of Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign,” the platform wrote on X around 7 pm. “Grassroots supporters are energized and excited to support her as the Democratic nominee.”

ActBlue announced grassroots supporters had raised as of 9 pm ET Sunday $46.7 million via the Democratic donation-processing site following Harris’ campaign launch, which it noted on X was "the biggest fundraising day of the 2024 cycle."

ActBlue had previously been fined for facilitating nearly $44,000 in illegal contributions.

Meanwhile, journalist James O'Keefe approached purported donors who were unaware of the hundreds of thousands of contributions listed under their names.

You can watch this video on X here and the image below links to a video on Instagram.

Next, the following recent video by popular You Tuber Benny Johnson broadly covers the situation, alleging that there is a multi-million dollar fraud in Democrat fundraising through Act Blue, and claiming that elderly people are unknowingly having their identities used to funnel money to Democrats. The video also suggests that these people's identities are being stolen and used to make fraudulent donations. Your boy Benny calls for attorneys general to investigate this issue.

And finally, The Next News Network says that Kamala Harris's campaign faces serious allegations of fraudulent fundraising practices through ActBlue.

This investigation uncovers disturbing evidence of thousands of suspicious micro-donations, allegedly from unemployed individuals, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars. The transactions appear designed to artificially inflate grassroots support for Harris.

In their Top News of the Day, this video exposes the questionable tactics used, including potentially manipulated donation data and misleading fundraising emails. Watch the interviews with unsuspecting donors whose information may have been misused. This report raises alarming questions about the integrity of Harris's fundraising efforts and potential large-scale financial manipulation.

Disclaimer: This article is based on my opinions interpreting my research. If you have any doubts as to the validity of these claims, please do your own research. ActBlue, of course, has said that these allegations are false and that the platform has strong safeguards in place to prevent fraud.

Trump's Path to Victory: Biden's Uphill Battle Amid Dire Projections

Key Takeaways

  • Trump could win up to 330 electoral votes.
  • Biden faces a narrow, difficult path to victory.
  • Key states are leaning Republican or are toss-ups.

Trumps Commanding Lead

CNN’s John King gave us all a jaw-dropping look at how Donald Trump is heading for a historic landslide in November, possibly snagging up to 330 electoral votes. Just to remind everyone, you only need 270 to win.

“If Donald Trump won, what we have here, dark red states, solid Republican. Light red states, leaning Republican. If he won just those right there, he would already have the path to 270. He would have 272 electoral votes,” King explained.

Oh, but it gets better (or worse, depending on who you ask). King broke it down further:

“Look what is different. We have Wisconsin as a toss-up. We have Pennsylvania as a toss-up. Two critical states for Joe Biden. Michigan right now, another critical state for Biden, leaning Republican. Georgia, a state Biden flipped, leaning Republican. Arizona, a toss-up state. That was a state Biden flipped. Nevada, a state he won, leaning Republican.”

Talk about a rough start to the Republican convention for Biden. Sixteen weeks to go until Election Day, and this is the map Biden has to work with? King didn’t mince words: “It is tough to change a map like this in that amount of time.”

Bidens Uphill Battle

King went on to share how Trump is not only winning in many states but is also giving Democrats a run for their money in traditionally blue areas.

“So, the warnings to the White House are Donald Trump could conceivably, if the current dynamics in the race hold, get 330 or more electoral votes. That’s what they believe,” King said, spelling out the nightmare scenario for Biden’s camp.

“It’s a very narrow path for Joe Biden. He … has essentially one, maybe two narrow paths to 270,” King highlighted, urging that “Donald Trump has so many. There are viable paths to get him as high as 330, which means you can take some states away, Jake, and he would still get to 270.”

“Donald Trump, on the first night of his convention, and Democratic people who are studying the data closely say it keeps getting worse for the president. Donald Trump opened his convention tonight in a commanding position in this race, period,” King concluded

Conclusion

So there you have it, folks. According to John King, Trump’s sitting pretty while Biden is left scrambling to find a path to 270 electoral votes. The road ahead is anything but smooth for the Democrats, and if things don’t change soon, we might be looking at a landslide victory for Trump in November. Buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride.

Biden's Bungles and NATO's Nonsense: The Real Story Behind the Lies

Key Takeaways

  • Political and media elites have consistently lied, raising questions about other possible deceptions.
  • Joe Bidens performance at a recent news conference highlighted his cognitive struggles.
  • The 75th Anniversary DC NATO meetup was a fiasco, revealing NATO's weakening state.
  • The U.S. has perpetuated false narratives about Russia to maintain Cold War revenue streams.
  • The Biden familys involvement in Ukraine is deeply corrupt, and efforts to conceal it are unraveling.
  • The desperation to avoid accountability drives Bidens persistence as president and the ongoing conflict with Russia.

The Comedy of Errors: Biden’s News Conference

Stephen Miller said it best: If the entire political and media elite can manufacture the lie for 4+ years that candidate now-President Biden isn’t cognitively impaired, what else might they have lied about and are lying about now?”

Well, let me tell you, dear reader, Biden sure did his goodest at the post-NATO news conference. Facing down a few hand-picked reporters from the likes of Reuters and NPR, Biden tried to smooth over the recent chaos. This is the same guy who recently proclaimed himself the “first black woman vice-president” and then corrected the record, saying he picked Vice-president Trump to be vice-president. The scene was like something out of The Caine Mutiny, with Biden fumbling like Captain Queeg reaching for his ball bearings.

At the end of the agonizing hour, he shuffled offstage, leaving his own party scratching their heads, wondering how they could possibly oust him from the nomination they foolishly secured for him months ago. And just to add to the mess, the #VeepTrump clip went viral. Great job, Joe.

NATOs Dysfunctional Family Reunion

Let’s not forget the 75th Anniversary DC NATO meetup. What a fiasco! The room was filled with prime ministers and presidents who could sense the alliances fragility under the leadership of our near-zombie president. NATOs purpose is as outdated and unhinged as Joe Biden himself. Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg kicked things off by declaring Ukraine is on an “irreversible” path to NATO. This is Putin’s biggest red line, so its either a joke or some dangerously provocative nonsense.

The reality is that after the Soviet Unions collapse, Russia was never a threat to its European neighbors. The talk of Putin wanting to reassemble the USSR was knowingly false, as is the current chatter about Russia looking to invade Europe. Russia just wanted to be a normal European nation, conducting business with the rest of Europe. But the USA wouldn’t allow it.

The Insanity of U.S. Policy

Why, you ask? Well, its partly a mystery. Post-1991, U.S. military contractors wanted to keep their Cold War cash flow going, so they needed a new enemy. Russia, with no significant export economy, was perfect for the role. Politicians loved skimming their share of military-industrial revenue, so they went along with it. But the real motives were darker and more insane, driven by a hatred for Russia and a greed for its resources. The plan was to subvert and break up Russia, just like they did with Serbia, and then loot its oil and mineral riches. Ukraine was the gateway for this plan.

And so, the U.S. overthrew democratically-elected Viktor Yanukovych in 2014, installing Poroshenko and later Zelensky. Biden, as vice-president, got the  Ukraine portfolio and took full advantage. He put his son Hunter on the board of Burisma, a massive Ukrainian gas company, and they milked the Ukrainian government for millions. Hunter even dabbled in CIA-run bioweapons labs in Ukraine. This corrupt relationship was revealed thanks to Hunters laptop, left in a Wilmington repair shop, and subsequent disclosures, including bank records of the Biden family’s shady dealings.

When Trump first sniffed out the corruption in 2019, they impeached him. Now, with Trump threatening a White House comeback, Biden and his cronies are desperate to avoid accountability. This desperation fuels Bidens persistence in office and the ongoing proxy war against Russia and Putin.

Conclusion

So there you have it. The political and media elites have lied to us about Biden’s cognitive abilities and much more. Biden’s recent news conference was a disaster, and NATO’s meeting highlighted its weakening state. The U.S. has perpetuated false narratives about Russia for financial gain, and the Biden family’s corruption in Ukraine is unraveling. The desperation to avoid accountability drives Biden’s actions and the continued conflict with Russia. Now you know the real story.

The Puppeteers Behind the Restriction of Online Speech

Key Takeaways:

  • Free speech is under threat from elite-controlled brands.
  • Worlds largest advertisers are colluding to control online speech.
  • GARM, a powerful alliance of advertisers, is behind these efforts.
  • Big brands are influencing and censoring online content.

Lets not kid ourselves—free speech is a nuisance for those who want to control the narrative. So, whats the latest? Well, the big shots of the advertising world are now teaming up to control what we see and hear online. This juicy tidbit comes straight from an interim report by the House Judiciary Committee linked on Twitter/X.

The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and their Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) are at the heart of this operation. GARM, formed in 2019, quickly took over, representing about 90% of global advertising spend. Thats nearly a trillion dollars a year, folks. These guys arent messing around.

The whos who of GARM’s Steer Team includes Unilever, Mars, Diageo, P&G, GroupM, AB InBev, LOréal, Nestlé, IBM, Mastercard, and PepsiCo. They’re not just big names—they’re powerful enough to influence online discourse all in the name of brand safety.

GARMs Playbook: Boycotts and Censorship

The report spills the beans on GARMs tactics to suppress content they dont like. One prime example is their reaction to Elon Musk buying Twitter. GARM members, like Danish energy giant Ørsted, were told to yank their ads from Twitter, dealing a blow to its revenue. GARM’s leader, Rob Rakowitz, couldnt help but brag about the hit Twitter took.

Heres a gem from the Committees report:

GARM recommended that its members stop all paid advertisement on Twitter in response to Mr. Musk’s acquisition of the company. GARM’s internal documents show that GARM was asked by a member to 'arrange a meeting and hear more about [GARM’s] perspectives about the Twitter situation and a possible boycott from many companies.

Unilever was especially ticked off by Musk airing the dirty laundry known as the Twitter Files, which included the infamous Hunter Biden laptop saga:

Unilever, through GARM, also expressed issues with Mr. Musk exposing the truth about how Twitter, prior to Mr. Musk’s acquisition, censored the Hunter Biden laptop story.

And then theres Spotify and Joe Rogan. GARM didn't even advertise on Rogan’s podcast but still pressured Spotify to muzzle him over his COVID-19 comments. They even threatened to overhaul Spotify’s Trust & Safety policies.

GroupM knew there was no brand safety concern because it did not buy advertisements on Mr. Rogan’s podcast, but it still sought to silence Mr. Rogan’s views anyway.

Coca-Cola also got in on the action:

On February 10, 2022, Coca-Cola emailed Mr. Rakowitz regarding evaluating Spotify to better access the Joe Rogan Experience and noting that the particular issue (misinformation) does not exactly fit cleanly into [Coca-Cola’s] policy.

Political Maneuvering and Bias

GARM isn't just sticking to brands—they’re dipping their toes into politics too. During the 2020 presidential election, GARM members flagged a Trump campaign ad as misinformation, urging Facebook to act. This ad questioned Joe Bidens debate performance, and Unilever, among others, pushed to have it squashed.

Conservative news outlets are also feeling the heat. GARM's exclusion lists, crafted with help from biased groups like the Global Disinformation Index (GDI) and NewsGuard, target right-leaning sites. Fox News, The Daily Wire, Breitbart, New York Post, and The Federalist are all labeled as misinformation spreaders, cutting off their ad revenue and reach.

Conclusion

It's clear: these elite brands are flexing their muscles to control online speech under the guise of brand safety. They're not just protecting their images—theyre shaping what we can see and say online. Free speech? It’s on life support, and GARM’s got its finger on the switch.

Democrats’ Dilemma: Stuck with Biden as Their Unfit Figurehead

Key Takeaways:

  • Timing matters: Replacing a party’s candidate is tough post-primaries.
  • Cognitive issues: Biden’s cognitive state has been a point of concern.
  • Leadership doubts: High-profile Democrats have openly questioned Biden's fitness.
  • Kamala’s problems: Harris isn’t seen as a strong alternative.
  • Biden’s ego: His sense of entitlement complicates the situation.
  • Fragile presidency: Biden's 2020 victory relied on extraordinary circumstances.
  • Party conflicts: The Democratic Party is split on how to handle the situation.

The Dilemma of Timing and Cognitive Concerns

When should a political party address its aging, struggling leader? Definitely not after the primaries when millions have voted for him. Yet, here we are with President Biden, who is hanging on despite clear signs of cognitive decline. Democrats, now in a frenzy, realize they might have a losing candidate.

Biden’s cognitive struggles aren’t new. They were painfully obvious during his debate with Trump, and now many Democrats and media personalities are admitting it. They
ve called for his resignation and expressed doubts about his capabilities. Funny how it takes a bad poll to see what's in front of your nose. Until now, they managed to hide Biden’s issues behind occasional lucid moments and tight stage management. But theres only so much you can do when the president avoids core duties like press conferences and public appearances.

Even if Biden decided to step down, it raises another question: Is he fit to finish his term until January 2025? And who would replace him? Kamala Harris is not exactly a popular choice. She’s awkward, charisma-free, and, let’s face it, not the brightest bulb in the box. She got the VP gig because she fit Biden’s criteria – a woman and a member of a minority.

Bidens Ego and a Fragile Presidency

The real problem is Biden himself. His rise wasn’t organic. He’s always been a bit of a blowhard, dishonest, and egotistical. The Democrats’ top brass, with Obama likely pulling strings, helped install him in 2020. The COVID pandemic conveniently masked his shortcomings as he campaigned from his basement, relying on TV ads and media support.

And let’s not forget the 2020 election, which was anything but standard. With unprecedented mail-in ballots and suspicious vote count stoppages, Biden’s victory was always a bit shaky. These tactics inflated his support but didn’t help long-term popularity.

The Democrats hoped Biden would be a puppet, doing as told. But, unsurprisingly, he developed a massive sense of entitlement. Being the President means you live in a bubble where everything goes your way. His ego, already huge, only grew. Plus, his wife Jill enjoys the power and perks, and they have a family business of grifting and influence peddling to protect. No wonder Hunter Biden is a key advisor, pushing his dad to stay in power.

Even if an ideal candidate existed, replacing Biden now is a logistical nightmare. Ballot access issues and the optics of such a switch are problematic. Biden, for all his faults, has name recognition and technically won a national election, unlike Kamala Harris or others like Gavin Newsom.

The Democratic Party’s clever maneuvers in 2020 are now biting them back. They managed to rig the game once but can’t get Biden to step aside. They’re stuck with a candidate who can’t win and no clear alternative, all while the party is united in hating Trump.

Conclusion

The Democrats are in a mess of their own making. They played the game to install Biden, but now their figurehead won’t leave, and they can't figure out a winning strategy. The party that champions democracy is about to be undone by the very democratic processes it tried to manipulate. Isn’t it ironic?

Top House Democrats Secretly Urge Biden to Withdraw Amid Growing Concerns About His Electability

Key Takeaways

  • Top House Democrats urge President Biden to withdraw from the presidential race due to concerns about his age and electability.
  • Senior lawmakers express doubt about Bidens ability to defeat former President Donald Trump.
  • Key members of influential committees voiced their concerns during a private meeting.
  • Public and private support for Biden shows a divide among Democrats.
  • Senate Democrats also question Biden's ability to reassure voters.

Cracks in Bidens Support Base

It looks like President Bidens once-solid support among top House Democrats is starting to show some serious cracks. During a hush-hush virtual meeting, a group of senior lawmakers decided it might be time for ol Joe to step aside. Apparently, they’re worried about his age and whether he can actually beat Trump in the next election. Not exactly a vote of confidence, right?

The Secret Meeting

The meeting was a private affair, convened by Representative Hakeem Jeffries, where some big names like Representatives Jerrold Nadler and Adam Smith didnt hold back. They think Bidens chances of winning are slim and that a change at the top might be the Democrats' best shot at keeping the White House and Congress.

Even though a few attendees still back Biden publicly, others are clearly not so sure. “I support President Biden,” declared Representative Don Beyer afterward, trying to keep the faith. But actions speak louder than words, and the whispers of doubt are getting louder.

Public Doubts and Private Worries

Senator Christopher S. Murphy also chimed in on CNN, saying Bidens recent TV interview didn’t exactly squash concerns about his fitness for another term. He mentioned that voters have “questions” and hinted that Biden needs to do more to prove he's up to the task. Sounds like even his allies are getting a bit jittery.

Meanwhile, in the House meeting, other heavyweights like Jim Himes and Susan Wild voiced their doubts too. They’re trying to keep these discussions on the down-low, but it’s clear the concern is real. The big question is whether Biden can convince them – and the voters – that he’s still got what it takes.

The Clock is Ticking

Senator Michael Bennet and Senator Angus King also think Biden needs to step up his game. They want to see him engage in more “unscripted” interactions with voters to prove he’s still sharp. But let’s face it, time is running out. If Biden doesn’t turn things around quickly, these private concerns might turn into very public calls for him to step aside.

Even those who haven't outright called for his withdrawal are feeling the pressure. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse has raised eyebrows over the transparency of Biden’s campaign, and Senator Peter Welch is worried about the ripple effects a weak presidential candidate could have on other Democratic races.

Conclusion

So, what’s the takeaway here? President Biden is facing some serious skepticism from within his own party. With key Democrats questioning his ability to lead and win, and the clock ticking, he needs to prove he’s still the best man for the job – or risk being pushed out by his own team. The next few weeks are going to be critical, and we’ll see if Biden can pull off a comeback or if the whispers of doubt turn into a full-blown mutiny.

Reality Disconnect Among Western Elites

By Richard Porter
July 06, 2024

Joe Biden’s debate performance is not, and should not be seen as, a personal failure, but as another example of the systemic institutional breakdown that drives the populist revolt across the globe.

By vigorously denying the president’s obvious decline, liberals in the legacy media tried to make us believe something that obviously was untrue. The people who claim to want to protect Americans from disinformation and American institutions from being destroyed actively worked in direct opposition to the truth and, in doing so, undermined faith in one of the nation’s most iconic institutions — the office of the president of the United States.

Most people engage with reality pragmatically, not politically. We focus on solving the challenges of day-to-day life functionally, not as an ideological construct. We don’t make believe, we make do. We exist in a real world filled with actual challenges to be overcome, and we use our talents and willpower to make our lives better and achieve our personal dreams.

Sometimes, we need experts to study, media to report, and government to address systemic problems we encounter. Increasingly, however, Western intellectuals, senior business executives, government officials, and media thought leaders are divorced from the pragmatic reality in which “make-do” people live.

Elites are increasingly ideological and inventive. They seem to believe that their role is to make us believe what they imagine about us and the world around us instead of helping us deal with the actual reality in which we live.

Rather than making our lives better, elites are absorbed with making us better instead.

Consider what elites want to make us believe:

Unregulated immigration and open borders are not a problem. If you disagree, you’re  jingoistic or nativist or “Christian nationalist” or some other pejorative term.

Police are bad and arresting criminals is white supremacy because criminals are disproportionately black – so “defund the police.” If you point out that fewer criminals in jail mean more crime in our neighborhood – racist!

Climate change threatens the very existence of human life on earth and is the number one issue facing humanity – more important than crime, drugs, hunger, housing, China, immigration, or anything else in your silly, miserable little mind.  Anyone pointing out that it was warmer in the United States 90 years ago, or that in the 35 years during which this idea has captured elite imagination none of the apocalyptic forecasts has proven to be true, is a “denier” – as if disputing a flawed computer model’s projections for 90 years in the future is somehow akin to denying the appalling reality of the Holocaust 90 years in the past.

Sexual identity is a “cultural construct,” but gender is indelible – so a man can be a woman, and vice versa. Anyone who doesn’t accept this at face value is a hateful “transphobe” – or something.

Western culture is institutionally racist. If you dare ask – which institution is racist? – you’ve merely confirmed your own bias. Everyone must be trained in the new racism – and so every institution of any size must train employees in DEI ideology to learn that getting ahead on merit is a myth and they are inherently “privileged” and therefore undeserving of the fruits of their labor.

Hamas terrorists and their supporters in Gaza are the real victims, while the Israeli civilians they attacked, raped, and mutilated are inhumane.

The litany goes on, seemingly forever, but COVID and the elites’ authoritarian response laid bare for many the extent to which institutions fail to serve but instead seek to make us believe things that are often observably untrue. Consider all the make-believe aspects of the pandemic: The new virus came from a market, not the laboratory in the same city where the U.S. funded Chinese research into enhancing similar viruses. It was a pandemic “of the unvaccinated.” If everyone wears a cloth or paper mask, it will stop the spread; standing six feet apart will also stop the spread; cannabis dispensaries are essential, but attending church is not; and Anthony Fauci is science.

The divide between make-do and make-believe leadership does not correspond exactly to the partisan split between right and left. Across the ocean, Tories were crushed and Labour romped precisely because Tory leadership has been of the elite, make-believe variety – on immigration and COVID.

Ironically, Britain will veer deeper into make-believe with Labour, as the rest of the West experiences a course correction, thanks to the political engagement and revolt of those making do. A single election is not enough for Western institutions to return to reality, but it reflects at least a partial awakening.

Events such as the conceptually absurd pro-Hamas protests in Western capitals and at leading Western educational institutions have had the effect of shocking go-along-to-get-along pragmatists within our elites into observing that Western culture has developed a reality problem.

Ultimately, our culture needs courageous pragmatists among the elites to push back against their imaginative and ideological make-believe colleagues with resolution, reasoning, and ridicule.

Here’s a way to start: Be gentle to those who imagine things that are not true, but don’t play along just to get along or to avoid being called names; question narratives, don’t parrot them; and only vote for those focused on making it easier for you to make do and achieve your own goals.

President Biden Must Resign, or Be Impeached

By Stephen B. Young
July 03, 2024

President Biden’s duty to the American people is to “faithfully execute” his office. As a public trustee, Biden took an oath to do what is right. He is a trustee of powers bestowed upon him by the Constitution in return for his promise to be dutiful.

Like every agent and trustee, Biden owes fiduciary duties to those who are served by his decisions. He owes them two duties: the duty of always acting with due care; and the duty of giving them his absolute loyalty, always putting their interests above his own.

A president’s failure to use due care or be loyal is ground for impeachment. Under our Constitution, impeachment for “high crimes and misdemeanors” is not a criminal proceeding. Rather, it is a civil proceeding to discharge from office one who has failed in his or her trusteeship.

John Locke put it this way:

Who shall be judge, whether the prince or legislative act contrary to their trust? … To this I reply, The people shall be judge; for who shall be judge whether his trustee or deputy acts well, and according to the trust reposed in him, but he who deputes him, and must, by having deputed him, have still a power to discard him, when he fails in his trust? If this be reasonable in particular cases of private men, why should it be otherwise in that of the greatest moment, where the welfare of millions is concerned, and also where the evil, if not prevented, is greater, and the redress very difficult, dear, and dangerous?

More than 50 years ago, when the impeachment of Richard Nixon was under consideration in the House of Representatives, I researched the English parliamentary practice of impeaching high officers for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” The lead special counsel in the impeachment proceeding, John Doar, incorporated my conclusions into the articles of impeachment of Richard Nixon in these words:

In all of this, Richard M. Nixon has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore Richard M. Nixon, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

The same standard of abuse of fiduciary duties was later included in the articles of impeachment of Donald Trump:

In all of this, President Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

As we saw last Thursday, President Biden is no longer capable of acting with due care as steward of the best interest of the American people. He appeared physically and cognitively inept. His answers to simple questions were nonsensical. Even Nancy Pelosi wondered aloud, “Is this an episode or is this a condition?”

For Biden to remain in office, he will not be faithfully executing it. Rather, he will be using the powers of the office for self-serving ends, depriving the American people of a vigorous defender of our rights and privileges. If Biden does not resign immediately, he has committed an impeachable offense by causing “manifest injury of the people of the United States.”

Should Biden attempt to have his cake and eat it too, he might withdraw his candidacy for this year’s presidential election but not resign as president. If he affirms that he would not be qualified to execute the office of president in January 2025, then why is he qualified to serve in that office today? To withdraw from the presidential race but continue in office would be a violation of his duty of loyalty to the American people.

Joe Biden made a choice when he took the oath of office to serve as our president. If he can no longer be loyal or serve with due care, then he must resign his office or be impeached.

Not So Fast: Why Trump Isn’t a Convicted Felon Just Yet

Key Takeaways:

  •  Trump isn't a convicted felon yet, despite media claims.
  • A final judgment requires sentencing, which might never happen.
  • Trump's attorney, Will Scharf, warns media outlets about potential consequences for false labels.
  • Sentencing has been delayed to allow for new legal motions following a Supreme Court decision.

Not Quite a Convicted Felon Yet

Since President Donald Trump’s trial in New York regarding his Stormy Daniels case, Democrats and the media have been quick to slap the convicted felon label on him. It's like they couldn't wait to celebrate, popping the champagne corks before the party even started.

But here's the thing: Trump isn’t actually a convicted felon yet. And he might never be. Yep, you heard me right.

I tuned into Real America’s Voice where Trump’s attorney, Will Scharf, joined Charlie Kirk to clear the air and give a friendly warning to the media about jumping the gun with their labels. Scharf said it loud and clear, “Trump is not a convicted felon. A jury verdict is not a final judgment until the moment of sentencing—which now may never occur.” So, all those headlines? Maybe a bit premature.

The Delay Game

For Trump to officially wear the
convicted felon badge, he needs to be sentenced. Originally, Judge Juan Merchan had the sentencing date set for July 11. But then came the Supreme Court’s decision on July 1 in Trump v. United States, giving Trump immunity in official acts. This decision threw a wrench into the whole timeline. Judge Merchan decided to push the sentencing back to September 18. This delay is supposed to give Trump’s legal team time to file a motion to dismiss and for judges to mull over this new ruling.

Kirk, curious about the legal circus, asked Scharf if Trump could take legal action against the media for calling him a convicted felon. Scharf, choosing his words like a cat tiptoeing on a hot tin roof, said, “I’m going to watch my words here, but I’ll say that we sued George Stephanopoulos for defamation. If I were folks on the Left, I would choose their words very carefully in the months ahead.” Sounds like a not-so-subtle warning to me.

Conclusion

So, despite what you might have read, Trump isn't a convicted felon just yet. The final judgment hangs in the balance, and with the latest Supreme Court decision, it could be a while before we get any clarity. Meanwhile, the media might want to double-check their facts before making any bold claims. As they say, don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Biden’s Struggle to Rebound After Debate Debacle

Let’s discuss President Biden’s recent challenge. Can he recover? It would seem like our Commander-in-Chief is feeling the strain after a less-than-stellar debate showing.

Biden told his close allies that he understands how crucial the upcoming days are. He’s got to convince the voters that he’s still up for the job. According to two of his allies, he’s still “deeply committed” to the fight for re-election, but he’s painfully aware that his viability is hanging by a thread.

On a call with his campaign staff, Biden tried to project confidence, announcing “No one’s pushing me out. I’m not leaving.” Vice President Kamala Harris was also on the line, echoing his sentiments with “We will not back down. We will follow our president’s lead. We will fight, and we will win.” If you say so, Vice President Harris.

Allies and Donors Doubt Biden's Viability Amidst Falling Poll Numbers

But Biden’s allies have acknowledged that Biden has privately admitted that his next few appearances going into the July 4th holiday weekend, especially an ABC televison interview with George Stephanopoulos and campaign stops in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, are crucial. One ally said, “He knows if he has two more events like that [the debate], we’re in a different place.”

And here’s the kicker: a new poll from The New York Times and Siena College shows former President Donald J. Trump leading Biden 49 percent to 43 percent among likely voters nationally. That’s a three-point swing toward Trump from just a week earlier, although some insiders were concerned that it could have been worse.

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claims that Biden hasn’t talked about dropping out. “That is absolutely false,” she said. OK. She also called Harris “the future of the party.” Seriously?

One of Biden’s top advisers said that the president is “well aware of the political challenge he faces” and believes that he’s still a sharp leader. The adviser noted that Biden just doesn’t get why others don’t see it. Maybe it’s because he’s increasingly confused or listless?

Finally, the party donors are ringing up House members, senators, super PACs, the Biden campaign, and the White House, suggesting Biden should step down. Reed Hastings, the Netflix co-founder, even emailed The Times saying, “Biden needs to step aside to allow a vigorous Democratic leader to beat Trump and keep us safe and prosperous.”

Conclusion:

So to sum up, Biden’s campaign is standing on shaky ground, with allies and donors whispering doubts about his ability to keep it together and the polls favoring Trump. But according to Biden, everything’s fine, and he’s not going anywhere. Let’s see how that plays out.
